After staying at the Mbao-mi Mothers’ Home to recover from labor and delivery, the new Mom and baby are assisted by RHCI with transportation to return to their home village. This past week, the RHCI Toyota Hilux was challenged by the limited roads (see first video), and only able to get within one mile of the village with the new Mom and baby. The last mile was not passable and the village could only be reached by walking (see second video). Thank you to our resourceful RHCI staff in Tikonko who face challenges in their work every day.
