COVID 19 Pandemic Leads to Cancellation of Taste of Africa

Dear Friends and Supporters of Rural Health Care Initiative,
After careful consideration, and a desire to ensure the health and safety of everyone who engages with Rural Health Care Initiative (RHCI), we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Taste of Africa event on March 29, 2020 and hope to reschedule in the Fall of 2020.
Our important work in Sierra Leone continues.  Our in-country staff continues to work hard daily, despite the uncertainties of the current COVID-19 global pandemic.  Our program is committed to providing them resources during this time to continue our mission.
We deeply value your commitment to RHCI.  If you have purchased tickets for the Taste of Africa event, you may:
· Donate your tickets
· Exchange your tickets for the fall event
· Receive a refund

We don’t know what will happen with COVID-19, but an abundance of caution can reduce the negative impact of the epidemic.

Without our March fundraiser, RHCI’s revenue will be diminished.  We hope you will consider a generous donation to help us through this challenging time.  You are helping make the world a better place through your support of RHCI.  We cannot do this without you. We greatly appreciate your support.
